Dear Forrestal Parents & Guardians,

If in-person instruction is not possible due to severe weather such as extremely low temperatures or snow, students will attend school remotely. Notifications will be sent to parents, so please make sure all email and phone information is updated with Forrestal’s office.

Teachers will begin to reach out to all parents and guardians to share remote log-in information for the Google Meet LInk or all links can be found HERE.

All updates related to severe weather closure and remote learning will be provided on Forrestal’s website, forrestal.d187.org, under the tab “Severe Weather Remote Learning”.

• 8:00 - Classroom Teacher sends link to all parents in classroom - parents help student join.

• 8:10am - Livestream played through google link provided

• 8:25 - Attendance taken by homeroom teacher 

• 8:30-9:30 - Language Arts (teacher available)

• 9:30-9:45 - Bathroom/Movement Break

• 9:45-10:45 - Math (teacher available)

• 10:45-11:30 - Specials (via livestream)

• 11:30-12:00 - ST Math (independent learning)

• 12:00-12:30 - Lexia (independent learning)

• 12:30-1:00 - Read for Pleasure (independent learning)

• 1:00pm - Sign-off
