🚐 District 187 families: The Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics Community Care Connection is bringing free health services directly to our community to help keep our students healthy! They offer free health screenings, minor sick visits, and access to community resources, with fully bilingual support in English and Spanish.
💉 If your student needs immunizations, the clinic provides free vaccines for children ages 2 and up who are uninsured or Medicaid-eligible, as well as vaccines for uninsured adults. Appointments are strictly required for all vaccines. When attending a child's vaccine appointment, parents or legal guardians must bring their ID card, proof of Medicaid insurance, and the student's vaccine record.
📅 The mobile clinic stops right here in our district at the North Chicago Public Library on the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., in addition to other nearby locations in Waukegan, Park City, and beyond. Because the clinic sites often reach capacity early, please call 847-578-8670 to schedule your vaccine appointment or to check if they are still accepting walk-in patients that day. Forrestal's next family event is the Meet & Greet this week on Thursday, August 13 from 1:30-3:00pm. Visit Forrestal to drop your supplies and meet your teacher (1st-4th grade).
Kinder is welcome to attend but please know room assignments for Kinder will be finished next week in advance of Kinder Meet and Greet on Wednesday, August 19th from 2:30-3:30pm!
This program is FREE and open to all Forrestal Students.
Monday - Thursday and begins on August 31st.
Program dismissal is 5:00 PM.
All students must be picked up by 5:15 PM.

Provide a copy of your child's immunization record.
Note: Parents/guardians must complete the appropriate sections of the physical and consent forms prior to the clinic. The team will see as many students as possible, but no students will be accepted after 3:00 PM.
